Weekly Menu: 1/20-1/26

Sunday: We ate out ;)

Monday: Chili (My own recipe. I will post it eventually)

Tuesday: Ultimate Chicken Fingers (First and last time making these. All the dipping gets so messy. I’ve made nuggets using panko that were much better, so I will probably keep making those.)

Wednesday: Homemade Pizza Calzones (I made the dough using this recipe and it was more difficult to work with than I’d like. I can just buy pizza dough from the bakery at Wal-mart. I roll the dough out add toppings like a pizza, then fold it into a burrito-type thingy and bake it.)

Thursday: Zucchini and Yellow Squash Spaghetti (I modified this a little as I didnt have basil and used lemon juice instead of a fresh lemon. Also, I added chicken. It was still good and I would make it again.)

Friday: My in-laws brought over dinner :)

Saturday: Frito Pie(This was the first time I made this and I would make it again. It’s not the healthiest recipe, but it was a yummy and filling one for a cold weekend day.)
