Sunday: Tacos We had a mini Super Bowl party and my In-Laws brought these over. I did make an avocado dip that was delicious and I will post the recipe soon.

Monday: Leftover Tacos

Tuesday: Sweet Potato Skins I didn’t have the right peppers, nor did I have pepper jack cheese and they were still really good. Next time I will use the exact ingredients! This is a nice meat-free meal.

Wednesday: Tebow Family Pizza Pie This was pretty good and I will make it again. We added extra pizza toppings on top of the cheese.

Thursday: Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps This was good! I have made it before and will make it again.

Friday: Chicken Souvlaki This is a recipe I’ve concocted after trying some others. I’m not Greek, but it tastes good to me.

Saturday: Swiss Steak and Dumplings This is my Mother-in-Law’s recipe which she got from her mom and so on. It’s one of my hubby’s favorites so I try. (I’d better get permission before I share it)

What did you make last week?
